四楼正解，其实怀第一胎时肚子很可能不会太大，我孕五六个月时去面试要不是我多嘴问产假，面试官完全看不出我有怀孕(可能也是因为看正面）。。二胎就另当别论了，怀六七个月感觉跟要生了一样=.=
