好的，谢谢大叔了，不过没法写啊，我的中介跟我说会帮我追回这笔钱。其实是他扣了现在租户的押金，把其中的一半给了我们，原因是租户找我们叫我们出面说现在房子已经过户了，后来我们的中介去和他们的 中介协调，后来就说他们自己处理，就是这个结果了。我觉得中介是应该跟我们如实的介绍房子里的状况的，但他什么都没说，...

请推荐下喝酒聊天的地方。
只吃饭的话，一人30块钱左右我们吃了一道BBQ Baby Pork Ribs，一道BBQ童子鸡；鸡比较特别，很嫩很香；当然Ribs也不错，只是后来我们在Cafe Cartel吃过一次，在Coffee Club也吃过，就觉得The Oaks的一般了。点主菜是带Salad Bar的，不过东西不多。我们没有喝酒，酒水不知道。
