二手房似乎没那么好外国人买新房时大概都over pay 了，数据上的数字应该是整体市场，所以外国人卖房有天然的劣势，只好长期持有

租整套，你们水电费怎么算？
一般合租都默认的不可以带人回来过夜吧尤其是经常带回来的，那跟两个人租没太大区别啊。你们可以商量个分配系数，她多交30%之类的。一点不愿意多交，那就不要总带人回来嘛～真是的！
