lsbf最好 kaplan以前有名的老师全被挖过去了F paper 完全可以自读。P paper不是theory based的有点儿难度 还是上课比较有效率

看错了。。。以为说是产后瑜伽。不过这家也有Pre-natal yoga。本人怀孕时就是在这家上的课。具体可以看网上的课程表。课程表一个月update一次。记得去之前打电话确认课程。他们有时候会取消课程。
