so, you could recommend one.people are not really interested in a peculiar book, but just intersted in this area which been not touched.

请教各位,申请HDB贷款的话,现有的学费贷款会影响到HDB贷款上限吗
据我所知，不会组屋贷款有两个数值需要知道TDSR -- Total debt servicing ratio, 60%. 你的学费贷款会影响这个MSR - mortage servicing ratio, 30% for bank loanTDSR和MSR的较小值就是你的最高贷款额度。我错了的话不要拍砖啊，以banker说的为准
