This RFQ (Request For Quotation) is for a renovation project for a resale HDB unit, 5 Room Improved. This HDB unit is located at Bedok. Key collection is scheduled on either 31st of May or 23rd of June. This renovation project is expected to be completed within 25 calendar days. Quotation is expected to be itemized with unit price, dimension and detail of the raw material. Past completed project will definitely be a plus in the consideration of the award of this RFQ. In such cases, please attach photos of past completed project in corresponds to each item. 3D design or hand drafted completion drawing of this project is not mandatory, but will be a plus point. Please submit the furnished quotation to alphabettube@gmail.com by 4th of May, 2016 This RFQ is initiated by the owner of the HDB unit and all corresponds will be reached out directly to the owner through the listed email address. For clarification, the owner could be contacted via email, phone or in person upon request. ================ 1. DEBRIS a. Disposal of renovation debris 2. CARPENTRY a. Living Room: Full height shoe cabinet by the gate, replacing the original store room door b. Master Bedroom: Full height L shaped wardrobe with hidden door to the master toilet c. Bedroom One: Full height wardrobe d. Balcony: Full height book cabinet with cover, top half glass door and bottom half wooden door 3. PAINTING a. Paint the whole flat with Nippon 4. MIRROR a. Full height mirror at dining hall, by the kitchen door (with wooden backing and aluminum frame) 5. OTHERS a. Foldable door between kitchen and dining hall b. Grind and polish existing marble floor (living room, bedrooms and balcony) c. Cardboard for floor protection d. Acid washing 6. OPTIONAL a. Replace four existing wooden doors b. Replace existing metal gate
