No problem. Simply go to ICA, and bring your passport. When talking to the official at the front desk, tell them you've lost your Disembarkation / Embarkation Card. They'll issue another Disembarkation / Embarkation Card to you, and retrieve the Embarkation portion from you when you leave the country. Good luck!
