要考专门的证书么？ master 找polytech的老师工作可以么？工资怎么样？

difficult to get a lecturer position in poly w/o local degree
or w/o international recognized degree (I mean those from U.S system or British system)

For JC, secondary and primary school teachers, you need to apply to MOE (ministry of education), see www.moe.gov.sg for more details.

go to the local 5 polys website, see whether they are recruiting
usually they post vacancies on website; then you just submit your resume.
