vFlex and vEzy for USA Shipments


With vFlex and vEzy, you no longer need to forward your electronic invoice to us or wait for your invoices
to be matched.

Once your package(s) arrives at our shipping center in the USA, we will send you an e-mail notification.
Log in to your account to declare your purchases and make payment for your shipping invoice. Your
packages will arrive in 5 to 8* working days.

Repacking Service for vPOST USA Shipments



If the difference between the actual weight and volumetric weight of your package is 3kg or more,
we will try to help you save on shipping by repacking your item!

There will be a repacking fee of S$12. However, rest assured we will ensure that you enjoy savings on your package even after taking into account the repacking fee.

Extension of Holding Period for vPOST USA Shipments


We have extended the holding period from 14 days to 21 days! You can now consolidate more packages
and enjoy more savings on your shipments!
