在国内转移PR章，在驻华领事馆办理就行了？

新加坡这边还是薄的
如果你真的要厚的, 估计是要回国办咯...
转移章, 应该不是大问题吧
新旧两本户照都带着, 回这边的ICA来办, OK吧
但旧护照无效了啊。

旧护照上面的签证有效条件之一应该是护照本身要有效吧？
如果新加坡的PR章在旧护照上继续有效，那么马来西亚的多次入境签证呢？

新加坡那个章, 最好还是确认一下...
REP转移可以在新加坡之外申请，不过要在新加坡领取
（请参考移民局网站提供的信息）
How do I renew my REP while I am overseas?
You may apply to renew your REP while you are overseas at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission through your local representative or by post to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. Applications by post must include the name, IC number and address of the local representative making the payment. Other than the required documents, please also provide:
* the latest REP number issued;
* the date of expiry; and
* reasons for extension.
All successful applicants must return to Singapore to collect their REPs.
不是Renew，是Transfer
Renew还要看申请人是否符合下一个5/10年的PR资格，也就是说，可能需要证明就业情况(视PR类别而定)。
我的意思是Transfer，感觉理论上新加坡领馆就可以办了，不晓得是不是这样。
