Product Control:
Timely production of the daily/weekly P&L and cash flow forecast, including trade and broker statement reconciliations.
Month End reconciliation of adhoc P&L to reporting ledger, Inventory and future trading volumes.
Month End analysis and commentaries of P&L and working capital.
Trade Support:
Draft, validate and check on Purchase/Sales contracts and issue deal ticket
Provide quality business support to physical traders on trade execution
Build collaborative relationships with business partners and other key stakeholders to understand their requirements
Cost Control:
Participate in budget planning process and actively monitoring the actual results
Evaluate and ensure the organisation's financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
Risk Analysis:
Ensure trading in line with organisation's strategy, monitoring of hedge positions, and mark-to-market movements
Implement effective KYC process and perform KYC for new customers
Identifies connections in data and trends and quickly assimilate external information (e.g. market drivers, macroeconomic conditions, etc) to anticipate its impact across multiple divisions
Compliance:
Assist in implementation of sound controls and consistent processes to ensure adherence to Head Office as well as local requirement.
Integrates best practice across the divisions, ensuring the best use of effective financial tools and processes
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or higher preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in Risks/Controlling role
Past exposure in International trades is a plus
Well organised and adaptable to fast changing environment
