We are hiring Mobile UX Designer, Mobile UI Designer and Mobile Campaign Marketing Associate  for an online gaming platform provider and also developing mobile applications in social and gaming domain. The hiring company is young but already been SEA industry lead. It is based in Singapore and has many overseas branch offices.


Mobile UX Designer


Job Description
Building and designing mobile applications with the user's experience in mind. Providing users with good UX through thoughtfully implemented wireframes and design, as well as smooth user experience. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns Work with Product Development groups to create user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and create final interface design on revenue based mobile e-commerce products.    Work closely with developers to ensure finalized designs and documented/defined interactions are met. Create specification documents to ensure the future design integrity is met. Participate in Agile design/development process Rapid prototyping  
Job Requirements
Expertise with design deliverables including interactive prototyping, wireframes, mock-ups, etc. 1-2 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions is a requirement for application Work well in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment Fluency in best practices for mobile platform information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques Experience in e-commerce related products a huge plus Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience Proficiency in a variety of design tools Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Mobile UI Designer 


Job Description
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Deliver high fidelity interaction and UI designs for the product in mobile and PC platforms Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards  
Job Requirements
Have experience with two or more formal UI evaluation and requirement analysis methods (e.g., task analyses, field studies, formal UI reviews, usability tests, and surveys) Experience in translating user data and human-factor principles into UI designs via prototypes, and detailed UI specifications 2+ years of professional work experience in end user focused design and show proven track record of innovative thinking and creative design Good degree from recognized university, degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design or Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools are a plus Front end Technologies: Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and JavaScript are a plus Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn

Mobile Campaign Marketing Associate

Job Description
Conceptualize and define marketing strategy/plan for mobile games, including marketing positioning and messaging for collateral.
Establish and drive increased brand recognition through effective marketing communications.
Display good understanding of various online/offline channels and their levers – know what and when to adjust.
Overall budget management.
Identify and work closely with 3rd party agencies when required, such as offline events.
Includes managing resources and performance from agencies.
Develop, negotiate and manage marketing channel partners (e.g. telco, retail etc).
Continuously develop additional marketing channels to drive game installs.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaign, including game operations, design, development, online marketing and local marketing teams. Review and analyse key metrics on a regular basis.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university – preferably with background in Communications/Marketing.
1-2 years’ working experience in digital/campaign marketing.
Solid understanding of various marketing channels and their levers. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
Blend of creative intelligence and analytical ability.
Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills.
Travelling might be required.
Previous experience in gaming or online marketing will be a bonus.
Good communication and project management skills.
Strong coordination skills.
