**Java Engineer/Java高级工程师
** Senior UX/UI Designer
1. Senior Java Engineer/Java高级工程师
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of an agile team throughout the software development life cycle
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and designers to implement enhancements or new applications
- Develop code and automated tests to meet story acceptance criteria
- Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards
- Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives
- Share best practices and improve processes within and across agile teams, and mentor more junior developers
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Object Oriented Programming (Java [preferred] or C++)
- Experience with Spring Framework
- Experience with JPA or Hibernate
- Experience developing medium to large scale enterprise and MVC web applications
- Experience with agile practices such as Scrum, XP, TDD
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with frequent and on-time releases
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering major. We prefer, but do not require, minors in Math, Applied Math or Statistics.
- Will work with colleagues in Seoul Korea and Silicon Valley in the US. Overseas travel is required.
- Excellent reading and writing in English. Technical conversational English is highly desired.
Pluses:
- Background in eCommerce and Big Data
- Familiar with distributed computing, high performance computing and fault tolerant system design including clustering, load balancing, transactions and concurrency

2.Senior UX/UI Designer
Job Description:
This position will focus on developing a new e-commerce application for China market target customers, including web and mobile applications. This individual will lead the effort of visual design and user experience.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with engineers in the develop team to design and develop mobile & web based applications.
Work closely with Product Management and UI Designers to develop China market customized components and provide feasibility consulting.
Improve product usability and provide solutions to improve product user experience.
Required Skill Sets:
1. Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Web Design, Digital Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Interaction Design, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
2. Proactively drive application user experience work, a self-driven people who believe he/she can bring best experience to our users.
3. 2.5+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Usability Engineering, Information Architecture, or UI Design of Web-based applications.
4. 5+ years of hands-on experience in user-centered design
5. 5+ years of experience in designing and prototyping for mobile & web applications
6. Solid ability to generate design concepts and expand them into a detailed design.
7. Solid ability to translate usability research findings into design improvements.
8. Ability to quickly mockup web interfaces, graphics and web controls. This includes the ability to suggest options and provide alternative prototypes.
9. Experience with industry tools for generating UI prototypes, UI specifications, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
10. Documenting design solutions through sketches, wireframes, storyboards, UI flow charts, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Plus Skill Sets:
1. Previous experience designing UI Framework for a web based product
2. Experience in HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, DHTML and JavaScript preferred (AJAX, DOM, JSON, Scriptaculous, and JQUERY).
3. Good communication skills, capable of managing communication between different groups to resolve requirements.
4. Fluent English communication skills.
