Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd on Wednesday announced the proposed issue of 330 million warrants at an issue price of 31 fen (S$0.061) per warrant.
Each warrant will carry the right to subscribe for shares in the company at 7.62 yuan per share.
The warrant strike price represents a premium of approximately 36.37 per cent to the closing price of S$1.10 of the company's shares on the Singapore Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement.
The net proceeds from the warrant issue will be 92.17 million yuan (S$18.15 million) which will be used for general working capital purposes.
