我们公司是pro-rate算的
比如3年3个月，那就是3.25 service year.. 最小尺度是0.01 year.... 我们坐满3年可以多两天年假；比如今天6月坐满3年，那今年只多1天年假。。

也就是11月前任何时间入职
过了11月就算2nd year了
公司不同要看HR
我和你相似，13年9月入职，14年算第二年，15年就算第三年。16年可以享受满3年的 benefit
