招人咯~
我是在Zalora工作，负责招人、面试。
其实我自去年9月入职后便开始分担招聘工作，但一直不敢来华新发帖，因为我需要时间确定是否值得推荐Zalora给大家考虑。
经过三个多月“试用期”，我觉得Zalora还是靠谱的，这里简单介绍一下：
Zalora是德国Rocket Internet的子公司，后者其实是欧洲非常牛B的互联网公司，类似zalora这样的startup子公司，它在全球范围内还有60多个……Rocket在技术方面没我想象中牛B（我本来期待它技术能跟amazon之类的一流公司一拼），但它的执行是无敌的，江湖人称king of clone，最成功的一个案例是在半年内做出来欧洲最大的groupon“山寨”，并立刻转手给groupon。
Zalora虽然不是传统意义上的startup，但环境氛围（至少R&D部门）跟我所经历过的startup非常类似。全面使用开源技术，php / mysql / nginx / rabbitMQ等等等；开发流程有rocket的多年积累，十分之规范。
整体技术使用方面，我觉得是startup很好的参考，如果你有心创业，却缺乏经验担心失败，我会建议不妨来zalora磨练个一两年再去闯荡。

下面是“正式”的Job Description：
We are currently hiring a Junior PHP WEB Developer for our HQ in Singapore.
The candidate would work as a member of our WEB development team.
He/She would develop features and tools for the Zalora portal.
Role
- Participate in development for multiple large scale e-commerce platforms.
- Participate in design meetings.
- Participate in our agile development model to plan, estimate, and work deliverable.
- Write high quality code.
- Communicate with product managers, quality engineers, and web designers to deliver the best possible product
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on development experience with PHP
- Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX + JQuery
Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Basic knowledge on ZendFramework or YII would be a plus
