Ok basically – I need someone who knows programming related to autoCAD file. I am looking for a developer, not architect.
The end result is a customize client application. The end user is the architect.
Here is how I intend to use it:
1) I have a lot of CAD drawings in DWG format, first I will need to open these CAD file in the customized application (probably the program is in C#)
2) After open the file in my customize app, the architect will make some annotations such as drawing circle, square shape, draw lines, change color of the line (color picker), change line type (thick, thin) etc etc
3) Each of these will be saved into different layers
4) This customized application should also integrated with Windows WPF for touch-related capability.
