IT Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first level of support to users
Assist users with using desktop hardware and software when appropriate
Daily checks of servers and technical room condition
Troubleshooting network connectivity, escalate and liaise with providers if required
Support on-call schedule and response to priority incidents as needed
Set up, installation, maintenance and relocation of all desktop and notebook computers, printers and other user devices, with service providers, when appropriate
Solve hardware and software problems expeditiously and with minimum disruption to computer system users and coordinates hardware repairs with vendors, when appropriate
Co-ordination for setup and troubleshooting
Source for IT equipment quotations
Maintain inventory of IT equipment
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT or Degree in Computer Science
Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Resourceful individual and a good team player
Positive attitude and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good Communication skills in English are a must
Preferable able to speak bilingual in English and Chinese
