Two key people (PhD and post-doctoral level) to lead the science work. One is a molecular/cell biologist with significant qualification and working experience in gene expression and cell line generation for drug discovery research. Another is protein biochemist or protein engineering scientists with significant qualification in producing purified proteins for assay development (biochemical or affinity screening) and/or biophysical studies (e.g., X-ray crystallography, NMR). These individuals are also expected to be fluent in English with or without experience abroad, and good leadership skills. They will then subsequently build teams of 10~15 people each with PhD, master or graduate level scientists within three to six months. In this period, the teams will implement an efficient process for cell line and protein generation for biotech and pharmaceutical research, and produce a series of cell lines and purified proteins ready for marketing, as well as have the capability to undertake contract work to meet customer needs.
