去掉branch code是7位。
9位数怎么填啊？

OCBC:
- Length of Account No varies
- Use first 3 digits of Account No as Branch
Code
- Drop first 3 digits of Account No for the
Account No field
eg. For account 5501089550, the Branch Code
will be 550 and the Account No will be
1089550.

current account超过六个月没有用，被冻结了，所以钱转不进去。好汗啊。
