A recruitment news from a headhunter regarding a job vacany of Principal Engineer, Project Management (R&D/Product Development). My client is a US medical devices company. This company has got both R&D and manufacturing department in Singapore, producing disposable medical devices. They require the candidate with preferably high degree (MSc/PhD, at lease University Degree) and with arround 5 years industry experiences. 如果Fresh Graduate想申请的话最好是在读这个学位之前有实际工作过的经验，只要industry的就好了。但是，如果只有纯粹的academic research（比如在学校里读研）的经历，就不用在个职位申请上面浪费时间了，因为公司会很看重应用性，招到的人是需要能够主持项目把产品做出来的。
