工作一：
(a) Skills:
- html, graphics (fireworks, photoshop etc), layout design, basic file upload/download.

(b) Approximated budget $50-$100, depending on complexity.

(c) Approximated duration - 2 weeks to complete overall.

(d) Project description:

(i) Create a template for newsletter (criteria and content provided)
- to create 3 mockups layout design (in jpeg/gif) for review before proceeding to do the actual html coding.
- the layout design will be a key in the freelancer's role. Creativity and suitability of design subject to End User acceptance.

(ii) to do the actual html coding based on final design accepted.

(iii) test broadcast the newsletter using our module (link will provided) and finetune coding to display well in various email clients.

Flash ActionScript或Java Applet 强人请进这里
另一位朋友想做multi-thread的client的东西。。

prefer 用　Flash Actionscript做，因为大多数电脑都装了flash player，但是实在不行的话用java applet做也okie.

具体价钱我不知道，肯定比上面那个工作高。我会forward给朋友，你们自己谈。
