最近发现一个情况，
如果工钱是4500以上，公司每月只按4500交13%,说这是政府规定。
我觉得奇怪，请教大虾们，是这样的么？

From 1 January 2006, the CPF salary ceiling for the workers in the private sector will be further lowered from $5,000 to $4,500.
