已经工作的都谈谈怎么发简历啊,直接email文本格式还是attach word

我前两个星期发了几个简历,都是用的word格式的CV and resume,然后在email attached。

但是到了现在居然每一个面试回音,想想好像不可能。自己的背景还是不错的,是不是那里有一些不那么professional的东西


已经找到工作的各位能不能谈谈,如何发简历比较好。还有,除了strait times,还有什么比较好的地方有工作机会介绍?

最好是弄成PDF格式, and attach it.
有一些软件可以的。

PDFCreator

It can print any file into PDF format.

Two reason to use PDF:
(1) If you use words 2003 to make the resume,
but come company may use Word 97, such as our company.

The display will be disturbed.

But, PDF do not have this issue.

(2) Words can carry virus.

If the manager open your resume from you, and the PC hanged,
do you think the manager still want to open your resume.



So, better to use PDF.

agree - pdf and for ur doubts
sometimes, when u send out 3 resumes, you will receive interview notice in 3 days, but sometimes, when you send out 3, you will not receive any notice. it is not becasue you are no good, it is becasue either the employer got a pool of resumes and have no time to view them or the vacancies are not suitable.

don't worry and wait a bit longer and patiently. It could happen that you will recieve an interview notice after you start to work for one of the companies. funny but true...

meantime, besides newspaper can try agent or web like jobsdb, jobstreet, etc..
