We are currently looking for 3 IT professionals for the Starhub project, the details are as follows:
Requirements:
1st Contractor:
Test deployment of Outlook 2003 SP1 on various configurations at StarHub (upto 10) to accomplish:
Detailed documentation (including screenshots) for use during the deployment
Resolve any Issues faced (troubleshooting)
Troubleshooting guide – Document any issues experienced and the resolution to aid during the deployment
2nd & 3rd Contractor:
Deploy Outlook 2003 SP1 on upto 3200 machines
Verify Hardware/software requirements are met before installation commences
Troubleshoot any issues in starting Outlook 2003 after installation is complete (troubleshooting back-end issues will not be required)
Provide support for End-User helpdesk calls related to issues resulting from Outlook 2003 upgrade.
Duration: First Contractor will start on 25th July and end on 31 Oct 05. 2nd and 3rd Contractor will start either 1st or 2nd week of August for a period of 3 months.
Education: Minimum Diploma in any IT related discipline. Fresh poly grads and under-grads looking for an internship can also apply.
