Tell me about yourself?
二三分钟，不要太长. 要有逻辑性. 从哪里开始所都可以,比如college, or first position. 也要努力highlight 一两点，特别是优点，比如 major personal attribute
Why are you leaving your current position?
每个人都知道的：这个问题很critical 千万不要说上一个employer的坏话。
最好说一说after long personal consideration, 你发现你对于原公司的make a contribution 的机会变得很小，原因自然是 company changes， （比如，人事变动）但是你还是很希望可以有所贡献之类 etc...
Why do you believe you are qualified for this position?
指出这份工作的两三个要点，然后说正好是你的强项。也是三四分钟， 不要太长。但一定要有specific details. 比如 a technical skill
