there are 266 applicants in total. 5 big bosses applied for 100 lots or more. they are allotted 1.436 mil shares. public offer is 3 mil. the leftover 1.564 mil are allotted to 261 applicants who applied for 1-99 lots. since "each successful applicant in this class has been fully allotted the respective number of Offer Shares validly applied for", this works out ave application size of these 261 applicants is 6 lots :-)
