price manipulation before ex-date for scrip dividend...weird...
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Asia Environment Holdings Ltd (the “Company”) is
pleased to announce the application of the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the “Scheme”) to the final
dividend of S$0.02 per ordinary share (“Share”) for the financial year ended 31 December
2007 (the “FY07 Dividend”). The payment of the FY07 Dividend was approved at the Annual
General Meeting held on 28 April 2008.
The Scheme will provide shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) with the option to
elect to receive new Shares in the capital of the Company (“New Shares”) in lieu of the cash
amount of the FY07 Dividend declared on the Shares held by them as at 5.00 p.m. on 16 May
2008 (the “Books Closure Date”), being the books closure date in respect of the FY07
Dividend.
why there guys keep maniplulation share price? The lower the share price, the more shares it has to issue and the more the dilution of future earnings per share. Is it a kind of way to accumulation of more shares? Do they have confidence of push up share price after scrip dividend?

这样图让我想起了沪股6000点以下一路下跌前的那张指数图，实在太像了。这个股票到2毛5也不足为奇。
