问个关于AWS的问题

想马上辞职，但新offer 还没收到（进入最后一轮），现在的公司想尽早离开，一个月notice. 顾虑是能不能拿到AWS. 查了下handbook关于AWS-employee hand book上面写 An employee will only receve this payment if she/he remain employed with the company . 我现在辞职不清楚能不能拿到AWS...这个事儿还不能问HR,一问的话就自己的老板可能就会被通知。。。周围的朋友都让我先等等。。。望指点。。如果是你怎么做。---

钱拿到手再给notice不要冒险，不要跟钱过不去，不然会玩脱的

这个只能问HR，不同公司规定不一样。大部分要求12月31日还在公司就可以[&hellip;]。

Company may ask you return AWS if you resign on DecMy company pay AWS around 20th , if you resign within Dec , you need to pay back AWS to company.So better to resign from 01 Jan

一般都必须待到12月底反正面试的offer还在等候中，建议拿了AWS再resign比较保险～～

危险我们公司是31号前辞职就拿不到，这事还真得你们的HR才能回答，毕竟handbook上没写清楚。
