Long Term Social Visit Pass

Question

I would like to apply long term social visit pass for my parents.

Do i need to apply normal entry visa for them to come to Singapore first ?

Can I just apply long term social visit pass when they are in China?

U have to apply e-visa for them to visit sg. Upon arrival sg, u may apply ltvp..U have to apply e-visa for them to visit sg. Upon arrival sg, u may apply ltvp for them!
